Ruud, Daniels, Britton, and Gunyou on Democratic Visions

Four DFL candidates appear on the mid-summer edition of Democratic Visions.  State representativ Maria Ruud discusses successful legislation that was mostly overlooked by regional media.  Ruud, who represents residents in North Eden Prairie and South Minnetonka, also points to progress with a State initiative to assist small businesses and the licensing of birth centers outside of hospitals.

Ray Daniels launches his House District 42B campaign with commitments to solve the joblessness crisis and the State deficit. Plymouth’s Audrey Britton says she’ll use her private and public sector business experience to solve problems for constituents if she is elected to the Minnesota House of Representatives.  Both Daniels and Britton feel that Republican rigidity and “career” politicians in St. Paul have harmed Minnesota.

A Democratic Visions videographer followed lieutenant governor candidate John Gunyou as he shook hands and drummed up support in Edina’s Fourth of July Parade.    The Minnetonka City Manager has teamed up with gubernatorial candidate Margaret Anderson Kelliher and was greeted with applause along the route.
